What CheckInSquad is
CheckInSquad is a check-in, chores, calendar, and messaging app for families, households, crews, and companies. It is a convenience tool. It is not a safety service, an emergency service, or a substitute for supervising children or employees.
Accounts
Grown-ups create accounts with an email and password. An owner may add kids and staff by name and PIN. The owner is responsible for who they add and for the accuracy of the information in their group. You must be 18 or older to create a group.
Plans and billing
The Family plan is free for one grown-up and any number of kids. Additional grown-ups and the Household, Crew, and Company plans are paid subscriptions at the prices shown on the pricing page, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Business plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time from inside the app and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A tier's price never changes based on how many people are inside its seat limit.
Acceptable use
Do not use CheckInSquad to harass, stalk, or monitor anyone without their knowledge. Every person in a group can see that check-ins are recorded. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Reminders and notifications
We work hard to deliver reminders on time, but phones, carriers, and browsers can delay or drop notifications. Do not rely on CheckInSquad as the only reminder for anything critical, such as picking up a child.
Your content
You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and display it to the people in your group so the app can work. You can export it at any time.
Warranty and liability
CheckInSquad is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Benjamin 23 Blue Enterprise LLC is not liable for missed reminders, inaccurate location results, lost data, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will note the date at the top of this page.
