Delete your account

From inside the app (instant)

1. Open the app and sign in with your email and password.
2. Tap More at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account, type your password, and confirm.

That is it. It happens right away, and there is no waiting period.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email, name, password, and every sign-in session.
• Every group where you are the only owner, with everything in it: people, check-ins, chores, calendar items, messages, announcements, requests, hours, vault documents, and photos.
• In groups that have another owner, only your own seat is removed. The group keeps running for everyone else.

Kids and staff do not have accounts. They sign in with a group code and a PIN, and the group owner removes them from People. Removing a person deletes their seat, their PIN, and their headshot the same day.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email beharris234@gmail.com from the address on the account and say "delete my account." We remove it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Payment records required by law stay with our payment processor, Stripe, under their retention rules, and never include card numbers. Read the full privacy policy.
