Home health and home care · runs on the Crew plan

Did Carmen make it to Mr. Whitfield's?

His daughter just called and you need the answer now, not after three phone calls. Aides check in at the home and out when they leave, so every visit carries the place, the minute and the person, and the answer takes four seconds to find.

$29/mo flat or $290 a year. Up to 50 people. 14-day free trial on the monthly plan, no card needed. Cancel from inside the app.
Home health and home care
Watch

See it work. The real app, not a mock-up.

Sixty-four nurses and aides, 190 patients, two counties. Every visit carries the address, the minute and who was there.

Every visit with the minute: home health visit verification
Who it's for

Everyone it has to work for.

Aides and nurses

Aides and nurses

Tap in at the door, tap out when you leave, add a note if something needs saying. On your own phone, no agency device, and nothing to install.

The scheduler

The scheduler

See the morning at a glance: who arrived, who is running late, whose seven o'clock never started. Fix it before the family calls, not after.

Anyone working alone

Anyone working alone

A visit can carry a check-out time. If it passes with no tap, the aide gets a nudge and the office gets alerted. For somebody alone in a stranger's home, that is the whole reason to use it.

Billing and the family

Billing and the family

Visits, hours and notes to a CSV. When a family or a payer asks what happened on Tuesday, the record is already there with the address and the minute.

Price

One flat price. Never per seat.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this EVV compliant?

It records the caregiver, the client location, and the time in and out, which is the substance of visit verification. It is not certified against any one state's EVV aggregator, so check what your state requires before you rely on it as your system of record.

Do aides need a company phone?

No. They join with a code and a four-digit PIN on whatever phone they have. No email address, no app store, nothing to install.

Is the client's home tracked?

Location is read only at the moment somebody taps, never in between. Save the client addresses once and a check-in verifies against them. There is no map and no trail.

What about a visit that runs long?

The aide taps out when they actually leave, so the record is the truth rather than the schedule. Anything unusual goes in the note on the visit.

How many caregivers does one plan cover?

Fifty on the Crew plan at $29 a month flat. An agency with more runs the Company plan, $99 a month flat for up to 200, with supervisors and teams.

Everybody checks in. Everybody knows.

Aides check in at the home and check out when they leave. Every visit carries the time, the place and who was there. A safety timer for anyone alone in a stranger's house. $29 a month flat.
