Security guards · runs on the Crew plan

Prove the post was covered. Every night.

Sixteen officers, six posts, and a client who wants to know the gate was watched. Officers check in by location from their own phones, a safety timer alerts if somebody does not check out, and the shift report is already written when the client asks.

$29/mo flat or $290 a year. Up to 50 people. 14-day free trial on the monthly plan, no card needed. Cancel from inside the app.

Watch

See it work. The real app, not a mock-up.

Sixteen officers, six posts, overnight. Did the relief show up on time, is the officer still on post, and can you prove coverage to the client in the morning.

Every post, one phone: security guard check-ins that prove coverage
Who it's for

Everyone it has to work for.

The officer on post

The officer on post

Tap in when you reach the post, tap out when relief arrives. Set a check-out time and if you have not tapped by then, the office knows. When you are alone on a lot at 2am, that is the point.

The supervisor

The supervisor

See every post from one phone: who arrived, who is late, who is still out past their time. Stop calling round to find out.

Shift change

Shift change

The relief taps in, the outgoing officer taps out, and both times are on the record. A late relief shows up as a gap you can see rather than an argument the next day.

The client

The client

Hours, arrival times and coverage per post, straight to a CSV. When a client asks whether the gate was manned on Thursday, you answer with a document, not a promise.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does it replace a guard tour system?

It covers the part most companies actually need: proof somebody was at the post, at the time, with the minute recorded. It does not do NFC checkpoint wands. If you need those, this sits alongside them.

What is the safety timer?

An officer says check on me if I have not tapped out by 4:15. At 4:20 they get a nudge in case they forgot, and every supervisor gets alerted in case they did not. It clears the moment they check out.

Is location tracked between check-ins?

No. It is read only at the tap and never in between. There is no live map and no trail. Officers can see exactly what is recorded about them.

Can officers message each other?

That is a switch. You can leave the group room on, turn it off entirely, or allow direct messages only up the chain. Announcements from the office always get through either way.

What does it cost?

$29 a month flat, or $290 a year, for up to fifty officers. Over fifty, the Company plan is $99 a month flat for up to 200.

Everybody checks in. Everybody knows.

Officers check in by post from their own phones. A safety timer alerts if somebody does not check out. Shift reports you can hand a client without rebuilding them. $29 a month flat.
