Who it's for

Built for real class reunion life.

The committee

One person sets it up. Make the rest of the committee co-organizers and they can do everything too. Classmates join free with the code, no email needed, just their name and a PIN.

The wall

Prom pictures, the yearbook page, who married who. One room the whole class sees, with photos. The committee's announcements always get through, even when the wall gets loud.

The weekend

Friday mixer, Saturday banquet, Sunday brunch. The schedule buzzes everyone before each one, and the home screen counts down to the first night.

Out-of-towners

The hotel block, the address, the dates, and the code all live on one invite link. Post it in the class Facebook group and people are in before they land.

Who's handling what

DJ, decorations, the check-in table, the photographer. The committee posts what's needed and the first classmate to tap I'll handle it has it.

What you get

Every screen, from the real app.

Class of, which reunion, countdown
Class Reunion

Class of, which reunion, countdown

Set the school, the class year and which reunion it is. The home screen reads Westside High, Class of 2006, 20th Reunion, 280 days to go, with the venue and one-tap buttons to everything.

Then and now
Class Reunion

Then and now

Every classmate adds a photo, where they live, what they do now, and a line about who they were then. Contact info shows only if they choose. This is the directory the class never had.

Tickets without the spreadsheet
Class Reunion

Tickets without the spreadsheet

Post the ticket price and the deadline. Classmates pay the committee by Cash App, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo, tap I sent it, and the committee marks them paid. CheckInSquad never touches the money.

Who's handling what

Who's handling what

The needs list: DJ, decorations, the door, the photographer. First tap has it, and the committee sees who took what at a glance.

Votes that settle it
Class Reunion

Votes that settle it

Banquet or mixer? Which Saturday? Which venue? Everyone gets a buzz, taps a pick, and the committee closes the vote when it's decided.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it really unlimited classmates?

Yes. $49 a year covers the whole class, and every plus-one. No per-person charge.

Do classmates need an account?

No. They get the code, put in their first name and a PIN, and they're in. No email, no phone number required.

Can we collect ticket money through it?

You post what each ticket costs. Your Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo show right on the Tickets screen. Classmates pay the committee directly, tap I sent it, and you mark them paid. We never hold or touch the money.

What about classmates who have passed?

Add them to the in-memoriam list with their years. It shows in the directory so the program and the moment of silence are covered.

Is there a free trial?

No. It's one payment of $49 for the year, up front. Everything on this page is what you get.

Does it work for college reunions and homecomings?

Yes. College, nursing school, a military unit, a fraternity or sorority chapter, all the same way. Church homecomings have their own kind with pledges instead of tickets.
